Herbed Cream Cheese Cucumber Bites

Servings: 12 (2 per person)
1 – 8oz cream cheese (room temperature)
2 T finely chopped dill
2 T finely chopped fresh chives (plus more for garnish)
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 large seedless cucumber
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, onion powder and garlic powder. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a pastry bag or zip-topped bag fitted with a star tip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
