Gluten Free Pie Crust Recipe

Time: 45 minutes

Servings: 8 slices

Enjoy this gluten free pie crust

with any type of pie you want to make.


  • 2 ¾ cups (360 grams) Sweet Ali’s Flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 13 T (180 grams) unsalted butter
  • 1 egg (slightly beaten)
  • 5 – 6 tsp.  water


Combine flour, salt, sugar and mix well. Cut butter into small sections and place in flour mixture. Combine with pasty knife or hands until it forms like sticky sand. Add egg until a ball forms, then add water. Divide into 2 balls of dough; refrigerate for 30 minutes.

      Hi Rochelle,
      Depending on where you live, there are a few choices. You can stop in at our bakery in Hinsdale, you can go to, order, and have them deliver it to you (Chicagoland area – deliverable zip codes are listed on their site), or, we ship many of our products, including our flour, by UPS. There are a few retailers which carry our flour, as well, in the area. A few include Savory Spice Shop in Lincoln Park and Marcel’s Culinary in Naperville.
