Gluten Free Pie Recipe – Banana Cream
Sweet and simple gluten free pie!
Ingredients
- 1 (4 serving) package vanilla pudding mix, prepared
- 3 medium bananas, sliced
- Whipped cream
- Sweet Ali’s prepared pie crust, or prepared pie dough ball to roll out your own crust
Directions
Place the sliced bananas (reserve a few for the top) over the entire bottom of the crust. Pour the pudding over the bananas. Refrigerate for two hours. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream. Serve chilled.
Alternative: Divide dough between 3 mini pie tins and make individual pies, as pictured.
