Gluten Free Graham Cookie Recipe

Time: 1 hour

Servings: approx. 2 dozen

A great flavored gluten free graham cookie

with a little taste of cinnamon!


  • 2 cups Sweet Ali’s GF Flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2.5 oz cold unsalted butter (cut into ½ inch slices)
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 cup cold water
  • 1/8 cup agave nectar


Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients; have cold butter in a separate bowl. Mix butter in by hand until no chunks of butter remain.  Add wet ingredients and mix until you can form a smooth ball.  Form into a disc, wrap with parchment and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and roll out.  Use a cookie cutter for desired shapes. Bake for 7 minutes turning half way through cooking time.
