As the Front Bakery Manager, she manages everything retail … from brainstorming new bakery items with her perceptive palate to coordinating wedding cakes for our brides-to-be. What is your job at Sweet Ali’s?
I am the Front Bakery Manager. I manage everything in Sweet Ali’s front retail space — employees, product, set-up, and decorations.
What brought you to Sweet Ali’s? How did you get here?
I’m a family member (there are lots of Graeme’s here!), and I was looking for something to do. Ali approached me to help when she was opening the bakery.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Sweet Ali’s?
It warms my heart to see our customers’ joy when they discover that they can eat everything here. And I love working with brides who never dreamed that they could have a beautiful and tasty wedding cake.
What’s your favorite place to visit?
Anyplace in the Caribbean … St. John’s, Jamaica, Mexico
What’s your favorite food?
Purple grapes … ever since I was a kid.
What is your favorite Sweet Ali’s item?
Our pound cake. No question.

I love when we play holiday music for our customers.

I’m actually shy, but I’ve learned to adapt through all my experiences.
