Friday, May 16 from 6-10 pm
Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers

The evening features 30 Gluten-Free Tasting Stations (including Sweet Ali’s), a brief Program and a Live Auction. Spring Flours is the Annual Gluten-Free Benefit for The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center. This is the major fundraiser of the year for The Celiac Center.
