Gluten Free Pie Crust Recipe

Enjoy this gluten free pie crust
with any type of pie you want to make.
- 2 ¾ cups (360 grams) Sweet Ali’s Flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 T sugar
- 13 T (180 grams) unsalted butter
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 5 – 6 tsp. water
Combine flour, salt, sugar and mix well. Cut butter into small sections and place in flour mixture. Combine with pasty knife or hands until it forms like sticky sand. Add egg until a ball forms, then add water. Divide into 2 balls of dough; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
