Gluten Free Brownie Recipe

Enjoy an amazing gluten free brownie, moist and chewy.
- 3.5 oz Sweet Ali’s Flour Mix (or other GF flour mix)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp xanthan gum (if not in flour mix)
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz unsalted butter
- 8 oz sugar
- 3 large eggs
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees, grease and put parchment paper on bottom of 8” by 8” pan. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and xanthan gum (if not in flour mix). Melt butter and both chocolates together (to not overcook, chocolate burns easily). Mix by hand sugar and chocolate mixture. Add vanilla, then eggs one at a time until glossy. Add in flour mixture until just incorporated. Pour into an 8” by 8” greased pan. Bake 50 minutes (check with toothpick – each oven is different).
