Ali Graeme’s Story

Everyone loves the taste of baked treats; brownies, muffins, and cookies, etc. Imagine discovering one day that the goodies you love contain an ingredient that makes you terribly ill. What’s worse, the alternatives taste dry and flavorless. That’s what happened to me.

When my son and I were diagnosed with celiac disease, delicious snacks and desserts disappeared from our diets. Finding gluten-free treats that tasted good became a disheartening challenge. As an avid baker, I began experimenting in my kitchen, and I worked tirelessly to create baked goods that my son and I could eat, yet my daughter not affected by gluten, would enjoy. With encouragement from, and thousands of tastings by friends and family, Sweet Ali’s began.

Gluten Free products that taste GREAT, finally! We have many sweets, including cookies, brownies, bars, muffins, cupcakes, cakes and pastries. We also make savory gluten-free products, such as breads, pizza, focaccia, snack mixes and quiche, just to name a few. We are a destination bakery that you will not want to miss if you are looking for fabulous tasting gluten-free items that keep our customers coming back for more. We continue to introduce new items on a regular basis.

We are located 2 miles from I-294 and Ogden Avenue in downtown Hinsdale.
