Good Manufacturing Practices

Sweet Ali’s baked goods are made in a dedicated gluten free bakery.  All products are gluten free.  We attempt to use natural ingredients with no preservatives whenever possible.

Our baked goods are prepared in a facility that uses peanuts, nuts, soy, eggs, corn and dairy.  We take the greatest precaution to prevent cross contamination.

The federal government has plans to publish standards to create a gluten-free certification program, but those plans have been delayed. In the absence of federal standards two organizations have created their own certification process. Like many non-federal certification processes, there is no legal recourse or regular plant inspection process to certify member’s claims to be gluten free.
